Printer’s Ale First Oktoberfest!
We have been swamped at Printer’s lately. October is a busy month for the beer industry. I want to make a quick post about the Oktoberfest we had two weeks ago. It was a blast! The whole team really worked hard to make it a success. First I need to talk about a few changes at Printer’s Ale before we had the festival. The first being a brand new pavilion, on the patio, to round out our beer garden feel (see the pic below). Next, we upgraded our draft wall bring our total taps to 16. We have added a couple TVs and more seating. The whole taproom really looks very different from just one month ago.
So with our new taproom and new brewery laws ready-to-go, we held an Oktoberfest for the town. We had 20 different beers on tap thanks to the production team. Each was unique and delicious. We had an outdoor beer trailer for serving our extra beers and some specialty limited release beers that were tapped every hour. We also built a stage and had 3 local bands perform all day. And, the turnout was successful (over 500 people). The PAM crew did a great job all day, patrons loved the beer, and the whole new set up. I look forward to hosting more parties at Printer’s for the community to enjoy because they really make these events worth doing.
Sorry for another short post but we got a beer festival today.
