We’re brewing beer at Printer’s Ale!
Over a year ago, Greg (the owner of Printer’s Ale) said he wanted to build a brewery and asked me to help him build & run it. Well, fast-forward to today and that dream is a reality. We are official, and brewing away! As I’ve said in my other posts, it has been a hectic couple months. But, we have brewed 4 times and all our fermenters are full! In a few weeks we should have beer! Everyone is excited and I’m proud of all the hard-work from the Printer’s Team. Now, we are finishing out the tasting room so we can officially open our doors to the public!
I can’t say specific dates yet, but it will be in Mid-March. I’m going to keep this post short, but here’s some pics from the brew days. Stay tuned for the official opening dates!
